This Cookie Policy explains how Kabavo LLC ("Ksara", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our platform at ksara.ai.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, and improve your experience.

- Third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels
- Social media tracking cookies (Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.)
- Cross-site tracking technologies
- Fingerprinting techniques
3. How to Manage Cookies
3.1 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete individual or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific or all websites
- Set preferences for first-party vs. third-party cookies
Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly (you will not be able to log in).
3.2 Browser-Specific Instructions
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
4. Similar Technologies
4.1 Local Storage
We use browser local storage to persist UI state such as:
- Dashboard layout preferences (collapsed sidebar, selected filters)
- React Query cache for faster page loads
- Theme preference backup
Local storage data never leaves your browser and is not sent to our servers.
4.2 HTTP-Only Cookies
Our session cookies are set with the HttpOnly flag, meaning they are inaccessible to JavaScript running in the browser. This protects against cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. Additionally, all cookies are set with the Secure flag (HTTPS only) and SameSite=Lax to prevent cross-site request forgery.
5. Cookie Retention
We retain cookies for the minimum period necessary:
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser
- Authentication cookies expire after their defined duration (max 7 days)
- Preference cookies are retained for up to 1 year
- All cookies are deleted upon account closure
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technology or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
